The McDonald's restaurant in the Blackstone and Shields area is known for its questionable environment, with reports of drug activity and employees appearing under the influence. Despite these concerns, the restaurant does offer wheelchair accessibility with ramps and handicap parking.
At another location, a customer experienced a lengthy delay in finding their order, only to realize they were at the wrong restaurant. However, the staff at the correct location provided good customer service, promptly providing fresh fries without being asked.
While the food quality at a different McDonald's location was satisfactory, with hot and reasonably good food, the order was only partially complete, and the staff seemed more focused on the price of the wheels than ensuring the order was fully fulfilled. This location would not be a preferred choice for the customer.
