My only issue is the front counter worker are not repeating the number or calling out the number. Wait 20min for a large coke and large fry. Had to go and ask for it only to find out it being sitting at the counter. I know there busy. There no excuse why they cant call the number twice or call the order number when they put food on counter. Btw I was waiting in front of the counter.

This McDonaldâs staff always have their panties in a bunch for no reason. They act like they are forced to be there without pay. I did not ask for a McNut with a side of chicken booty I asked for a mcchicken light mayo and they absolutely lathered my chicken without consent in mayonnaise and they ainât even put ketchup in my burger I am terribly unsatisfied and uncomfortable with the amount of mayonnaise on my chicken

This is Carlos. Today, I tried their vanilla milkshake. It tasted like the seasonal shake, which was sad! Therefore, they gave me a new vanilla milkshake. It still tasted like the seasonal shake! They offered me Strawberry Milkshake instead. I tasted it, and there was still a piece of the seasonal shake in the drink! I was disappointed. Therefore, I asked for a large water in the end. They asked if I wanted a refund. I denied the refund solely for that money to go into a new milkshake machine! Higher ups, if you are reading this, please help us receive a new milkshake machine! Today marks the third time this location has either gotten my order completely wrong or just acted completely incompetent not sure what's going on at this store it has really declined over the last year or so I will no longer give this location my business and I encourage others as well until this location can fix the problems with customer service.

Ordered food for my kids during the nights. Fries were cold and hard. Sandwich meat was completely hard as a rock. My nuggets were not fresh at all. Super DISSATISFIED. The girl at the first window was so sweet but at the second window it was a totally different experience. I had placed a mobile order. First the Tea tasted so bad so I was asking the cashier if I could switch the drink and in the middle of my sentence she just snapped saying what do you want. She kept rolling her eye, then when we got the food we missing the Big Mac.
