I also spend 60 dollars for food but i just need the bag for put my food in the bag and i told to the manager give me bag she talking about bad with me and she says i am going to charge you for bag the lady manager disrespectful she didn’t know to speak with customers i don’t want to go back at this mcdonald👎🏻👎🏻

Maybe it's the app. But my order was wrong and I didn't want to go back in a correct it because I've had a bad experience with this restaurant messing with my food for simply correcting the order. Hope it's just a miscommunication, but my whole order was wrong and I payed more for what actually received.

I was at work but left to buy something to eat at McDonald's nearby. For me I bought Fish Filet sandwich & my famous drink was the Large Carmel extra drizzle Frappe. I paid for mine then I paid for the car in back of me too. When I had to wait in front for my Frappe the car who I paid for yelled out and said Thank-you & I waved back at him like saying you welcome...Then I went back to work. The Drive up Cashier was Fast, Patient & Surprised...

Sat at the drive thru ordering box with no responses while several other cars that came after got to go before me. After i finally got a response, no apology for the wait, no reason for why they took so long to get to me, nothing.
I live right down the street from this McDonald's so my husband is always going there and the order is almost always wrong or they are out of something Everytime. My final straw to have me write this is them not having the one breakfast item I want "because lunch starts in 15 mins so we're not making sausage egg McMuffins anymore today" oh I'm sorry you have to do your job at breakfast time!! Ridiculous and just plain lazy. If you want your gross McD food go somewhere else they might actually have what you order.

Quite literally the worst McDonald's I've been to. This time they went 3 for 3 on fountain drink options being unavailable. My usual is the jensen/99 one which has never disappointed me personally and the two times I've been to this one some BS like this had happened.
