No straw, I didn’t get the ketchup that I asked for or the hot buffalo that I pair extra for, they messed up my happy meal, didn’t get no apple slices. The food was kind of cold but I’m glad I still got my food.

Both managers at this store were very rude. We had ordered on the app before hand and when I got to the window, they said they were out of breakfast items. I ordered at 10:14 and I got there around 10:39. I asked to have a refund but they said they couldn’t go anything because the order was pending. They gave us bad customer service. We didn’t even get a sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

I like this fast food restaurant because it is economical, I enjoy taking my grandchildren to dinner without spending so much ❤️Kid-friendliness: They have food for children, especially my grandchildren love the apple bags ?, it's a shame that the play area is closed most of the time ?

Came to get one coffe its took 15 minutes manager rude with the ear piece in her ear they just talking so when finally said something to them it was a problem they will see me again cause nobody should work fast food if they cant be quick in patient with customers ….

If I could put negative stars I would. This is the worst location if you’re expecting any sort of customer service or human decency. There managers roll there eyes at you, use foul language and threaten you in response regarding any complaint and further fail to fix any issue that arises with professionalism. This location is a less than poor representation of McDonald’s and the image they strive for in the service industry.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since 2020, I don’t see why you guys upgraded the store but can’t fix your ice cream machine to mix my ice cream, lady at the first window said that she will let the other know to mix my McFlurry and then the other window told me it was broken. Why do you guys even lie about this clearly she knows it’s working but the others are to lazy to do there job. It’s not that hard to mix I have see the machine and how it works. Stop being lazy and stop lying to customers cause you’re lazy.
