If I could put negative stars I would. This is the worst location if you’re expecting any sort of customer service or human decency. There managers roll there eyes at you, use foul language and threaten you in response regarding any complaint and further fail to fix any issue that arises with professionalism. This location is a less than poor representation of McDonald’s and the image they strive for in the service industry.
I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since 2020, I don’t see why you guys upgraded the store but can’t fix your ice cream machine to mix my ice cream, lady at the first window said that she will let the other know to mix my McFlurry and then the other window told me it was broken. Why do you guys even lie about this clearly she knows it’s working but the others are to lazy to do there job. It’s not that hard to mix I have see the machine and how it works.
