Has always been good Japanese fast food. The last time I was there, I had the Shrimp and Tempura Bowl. It's as good as I recall. However, the young lady who takes your order is not friendly at all. Could use a customer service up grade. If I could give 3.5, I would.
Bad customer service. Girl was rude on the phone when I called and placed my order and confirmed when I went there to pick it up. She looked at me and I had to tell her pick up, the only words she spoke was "name" and the money total. Couldn't even look at me when giving me my change looking at her phone and as soon as the money went in my hand she picked it up, LOL. Didn't say thank you, nothing. Ridiculous. Food is ok at least. Used to be a little better...
