I got the jumbo tri tip sandwich
Small chili beans & small rice pilaf.
Everything tasted amazing. The sandwich was so good I didn't even have to add bbq sauce but I did just to see how good the sauce is.

This is a small stand alone kiosk type structure. Walk up window to order. Limited seating outside, no indoor seating. Space for four counter seating. It's take out only. Employees are very friendly, food is quite good. Tri tip is tender and flavorful.
