The restaurant provides a 5-course experience or a 7-course meal, with a menu that rotates each week using fresh local ingredients.
Every single dish is beautifully crafted, vibrant, thoughtful, and packed with flavor. The food is absolutely genius, delicious, and phenomenal, with each dish feeling intentional and exciting. The absolute star is often the duck, which is unbelievably tender and perfectly crispy. The cactus salad is another standout, being fresh and perfectly seasoned. Dessert is a rich chocolate dish that is the perfect ending. The bowls and presentation look like they were prepared in a restaurant on Champlain.
The staff is super friendly and great, with the chef coming out to describe the dishes and carefully take you through the journey of each dish's meaning and origin. It is a restaurant with a purpose that gives back to the community. Overall, it is a flawless meal and an excellent dining experience where every bite exceeds expectations.
