What happened to Panda Express quality? The Orange Chicken, rice & noodles used to be so good, now its really bad.. They opened one at North ave and that one taste a lot better. Worth the drive.

Had to wait for my food in the car for 6 minutes while in the drive thru and realized that they did not provide napkins or a fork to eat. I had order compound chicken, and teriyaki Chicken and it seemed that the chicken looked stale.

I don't come to this location often and was a bit confused when I pulled up to the drive thru ordering screen and it was not working. Nothing was said through the speaker for a good couple of minutes and I said hello (nicely in my opinion) a few times and got no response, so I drove to the window. When I got there, the person working at the window just said "Hi Kid's meal?" so I explained that I wasn't sure if they were taking orders because the screen was broken and I hadn't gotten a response from the speaker. She then said "Yeah I hadn't said anything yet, I was dealing with other things so I hadn't said anything yet." So I said "No biggie, I'll just come back around again" which I did. This time, she did address me, but I was cut off twice while I was ordering. I found it very difficult and time consuming just to order food and just wanted that to be addressed. The food tastes just fine, no complaints about that, customer service needs work though.
Im surprised this place has 3.9 stars. It should definitely be less.Customer service was terrible. I didn’t even get what I ordered (I was the only car in the drive thru) the food that I did get was either burnt or undercooked.

I ordered the walnut shrimp as one of my entrees, they had me park and wait for 10 minutes for it which isn't a problem. I get home and my Shrimp is in a tiny box, and there's only 5 pieces of shrimp when my other two entrees have 3 times as much. The food is good, I'm just mad that I got skimped for something I paid extra for and waited an extra 10 minutes for.
