It's super great! I absolutely love the way all the staff treat customers.
Stopped by Panda Express and honestly had an amazing experience. The staff members were energetic, kind, and very helpful while taking orders. Food quality was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The team handled everything efficiently and still maintained a positive attitude throughout. Clean environment, fast service, and great customer care. Definitely deserves 5 stars for both the food and the hardworking staff!
Previously, the staff at this store displayed a less cordial attitude; however, a positive change has been observed with the addition of new team members who demonstrate greater friendliness both upon arrival and during the service process—with Ms. Cassie standing out in particular.
