“The Grand Cafe is my favorite location because it has the best quality of food and drinks. My go-to is the blood orange green tea. The staff is always friendly and the cafe itself has a beautiful interior design and decor.

“My mom and I made a 2 hour trip just to try this plant based Whole Foods restaurant. Let me just say it did not disappoint!! I’m so thankful to have a restaurant like this somewhat nearby. You cannot find quality food like this practically anywhere. As a cancer patient I really appreciate this establishment. I can only eat at home normally because too many times restaurants are filled with inflammatory foods that do not nourish our bodies. The sushi on Wednesday was a hit!!! Honestly it was all delicious. The plant chowder was sooo good I got some to take home! I got desserts to take home and more sushi😋

“Oh. My. God. Should I move to Fresno just so I can eat here every week? The birria taco was INSANE. Loved the tamales, too. I usually don’t like vegan cheese but whatever they use here is incredible. Lots of parking, great vibes, a bunch of folks speaking Spanish. 20/10 experience here. I’ve done a lot of traveling and eating vegan food in Mexico. This place is now tied for my top two Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been.“

“I love the outdoor patio seating. There is a huge fountain in the center of the patio, large plants all around, and it has a ‘Paris Cafe’ feel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food arrives quickly and hot. The food presentation looks like it came from a travel magazine. The food is reasonably priced, for the amount of food that you get. The food is delicious every time. Everything on the menu is delicious! I would highly recommend the Breakfast House. They make the best Belgian waffles in town and they use fresh strawberries, whipped cream and cinnamon sugar dust! The bacon is crispy and savory and the eggs are fluffy and rich. The crepe eggs Florentine were delicious as well! They also have a full bar, so you can enjoy a mimosa with your brunch!“

“Central Fish is very nostalgic for me. I grew up coming here with family from an hour away. On this day I ordered the salmon nuggets which according to them is a popular item. It was very delicious. I have to agree with that statement. It is breaded lightly and fried. The breading was thin and the nuggets were juicy considering its fish. It was not dry at all. Then I ordered the veggie tempura to top it off and it was very good. Fried to order. I will be back and I will recommend this place. From what I can tell the made daily fresh sushi looked very good.“

However I've never ordered over the phone nor given them my number even though someone did, and ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple. I explained this to the manager who kept wanting to check my order to see What I ordered the last time. I explained it must have been someone using my credit card but that I have never ordered over the phone. I haven't given them my number. Period. No matter how long we talked he couldn't understand what I explained I've ordered at least 10 times. After 10 minutes I gave up but I'm very disappointed. They make an excellent pizza and I'm starving. I called and apologized for getting frustrated but that doesn't solve the problem...I still don't have any dinner. Apparently in order to get what I want I have to go in to the shop. That's the only problem I've got with this place and but it's still frustrating!“

The bartenders are friendly and make you feel welcome. They have a great craft beer and wine selection. “This is the cutest little Cafe nestled into the Gazebo Gardens Nursery, it shares a wall with a gift shop, which is also the CUTEST gift shop. I ordered my classic vanilla iced latte with oatmilk, it was delicious. The latte was flavored nicely, not too sweet, and it was strong. I woke up extremely early that morning and needed a pick me up in the afternoon and this latte did just that. The service was very nice, seemed to be family owned ? Very kind and uplifting energy. I was there on Superbowl Sunday so it wasn't too busy, I imagine on normal Sunday's it probably gets really busy.“

“So far the best NYC style cheese I had here in Fresno. Not too salty, or over-seasoned or hella greasy like other places here in Fresno. Freshly food, nothing pre-prepped (so it’ll take a min to make your order (7-15mins), and prices are greatly affordable.
Plus stays open till late in the night. If your hungry and craving something than I say give this place a try.

“Ok. Mixed feelings about this joint. It was the setting of the nightly before my sobriety date* back in 2006. It was The Body in the Bog back then, but the new owners have carried on the tradition of a proper small neighborhood pub setting with eloquence.
*I tied one on back in 2006, quit drinking two days later for 17 years. While still only consuming a bit for relaxation and to ease the mind nowadays, I just might head back here to whoop it up some evening just for the hell of it. Of course, with ridesharing apps and taxi services, I'd be able to safely navigate my way home after... wherever that ends up being.“
