Rectnly came in and my wife had a wrong order and they didn't believe us but after a couple minutes later a gentle later on realized he got his order wrong and they just made him a new one

There’s like 5 pieces of chicken so expensive. You can get better bigger and cheaper else where. Skimp on the toppings heavily. The lady was nice but I felt bad for her as it was getting busy and she was working all by herself self. Thought I’d give it another try as it was good last time but not anymore.

Usually the restaurant is dirty, and I asked Elvia if she was the one who wiped all the surfaces clean and she said yes. She was very attentive to our ordering, and was quick and on the ball. Our pizzas came out so fast and she brought them to our table. She’s a keeper.

Business must be doing bad. I requested extra cheese and got light cheese. The guy sprinkled each piece of cheese like it was gold flakes from the heavens and then took a pinch more with his fingers, saying that's all the extra I could have. I replied I dont mind paying more and was told that is not an option. What's the point of having a make it the way you want it option when I can not make it the way I want. I have eaten at this location at least 30 times in the last 10 years. Never had this occurred before. I think it's time they change the model or raise the prices. What's the point if I can not have the pizza of my liking. I will not return and only hope the other locations don't act like this. I walked out and will not be returning.

I agree with a previous post about an unclean restaurant,(example,tables not wiped clean, all dispensers were filthy) with no plates or straws.
I asked for the gluten free option and the staff have to ask you if it is a preference or an allergy. What does it matter to them what I choose or why?
No salt or pepper or parmesan on the tables.
The salad is OK.
Very poor dinning experience. 😞

Next time, if I can get a little more lettuce to go with the cheese, it would have been nice. 🤣

Let's get this clear from the top, whoever is managing this location is the one doing a terrible job. I asked for a cup for water and was told they aren't allowed to hand out water cups. What kind of restaurant doesn't hand out water for their patrons? I'm sorry I don't want to pay over $3 for a cup of pure sugar.
Next, I get the employee to unlock the men's room so I can wash my hands before eating, he hands me a stack of paper towels, because I guess they don't keep any in there?? And then I walk in to see the toilet is clogged & full of feces.
The tray holding forks/knives was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in forever & the napkin dispenser was empty.
Avoid until it gets turned around

Pie ology was an amazing experience. We went as a family to enjoy great tasig pizza. And they delivered. All of us gad a reat feeling knowing that our mealwas donation to our kids school.
