The good was the service even for being late at night, and as well the wings were good and had the perfect amount of spice and flavor. For the bad, my calzone was raw both the dough and ingredients, I went inside and explained the situation to them and they gladly ran it through the oven to make it sure it was cooked correctly. All in all good food except the raw

I used to have a great pizza factory in my hometown in the mountains. It was a place of nostalgia and it had great amazing pizza. Recently, it has gone down hill. However, this pizza factory makes up for that other location. The pizza tastes delicious, and the staff is friendly and dedicated. I love this place and it's worth every cent!

After leaving The Children's hospital of Madera we decided to stop here for pizza before starting our two hour drive home. And let me tell y'all . From the moment we walked in the customer service was amazing!! Then the garlic cheese bread and wings and pizza came out and OMG!! JUST PERFECT!! WILL DEFINITELY STOP BY AGAIN WHEN WE COME BACK TO MADERA.

Hadn't been to this location in years. Was reluctant to try again. As soon as we walked in we realized there must have been new owners. Location looks great and clean. All staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Loved the small shop feel with quality food. The manager encountered two separate, difficult customers and as a people watcher, I was happy to see her handle each of them with kindness and professionalism. Enjoyed the food but the service makes me want to support this business just as much.

I don't do many reviews anymore but we thought this was terrible. Very greasy, undercooked pepperoni pizza. It is very very greasy with oil just swimming off of the pizza and serving plate. Tasted kind of like low quality hotdog meat. Need to use higher quality ingredients. The other topping pizza was good since it didn't pepperoni on it but small sized ingredient pieces and not very much topping. The prices are high. Maybe the $12.99 lunch buffet would only be worth it but if it has that pepperoni though.

Pizza was greasy and cold. And they charge $1.10/ea. for Tony, half-filled ranch cups. Pizza Factory used to be a quality product, now it's a sad cash grab.
