After leaving The Children's hospital of Madera we decided to stop here for pizza before starting our two hour drive home. And let me tell y'all . From the moment we walked in the customer service was amazing!! Then the garlic cheese bread and wings and pizza came out and OMG!! JUST PERFECT!! WILL DEFINITELY STOP BY AGAIN WHEN WE COME BACK TO MADERA.
Hadn't been to this location in years. Was reluctant to try again. As soon as we walked in we realized there must have been new owners. Location looks great and clean. All staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Loved the small shop feel with quality food. The manager encountered two separate, difficult customers and as a people watcher, I was happy to see her handle each of them with kindness and professionalism. I used to have a great pizza factory in my hometown in the mountains. It was a place of nostalgia and it had great amazing pizza. Recently, it has gone down hill. However, this pizza factory makes up for that other location. The pizza tastes delicious, and the staff is friendly and dedicated. I love this place and it's worth every cent!
