Not good pizza at all. The best pizza factory is on Nees. The one on marks is always out for Turkey and pizza doesn’t taste good at all.

So I was pretty excited about going to the Pizza Factory for the first time hearing good things about it...So I place a order to pick it up 3topping with cheese bread...Came out to 28 bucks and a lil change, no cash so I use my card...Food was good oh yeah I also purchased a diet Pepsi...So the only reason I didn't give 5 stars to the Pizza Factory is because I just so happen to look at my statement online and there was a cash advance for 10 bucks on my card and the Pizza Factory was the only place I used my credit card at...This was around 230pm 5/16/23...So if you decide to go at that time make sure you use cash only cause dude took upon himself to give himself a ten dollar tip on my dime

Not tasty. You're better off buying a freezer pizza for cheaper price and better taste. Cheese is rubbery and crust is hard with no flavor at all. Cheese bread not all that great. My whole family had one slice and I had to toss the rest.

It was my first time at pizza factory, and I was super impressed. Inexpensive pizza. Super easy to order. The only issue is, that ordering it online gives you a 30 minute window of when it should be ready. It must of been slow, so they must have cooked my closer to the start of the 30 minute window, so it wasn't as hot. I picked it up in the later part of the 30 minute window since there were complaints of the pizzas not being done. Overall, very tasty and great customer service.

I believe this was my second time ordering here and I now remember why I didn't want to come back. The food itself was delicious. No complaints at all about the quality. The pizza and wings were great. The problem was the pizza was an hour late from the estimated delivery time. I understand it's an "estimate" but waiting two hours for a pizza delivery seems excessive. They need to provide a more accurate wait time, so I can decide if it's worth the wait. When there are hungry kids involved it usually isn't.

I use to go there often,when previous owners Had it was delicious.Went there a month ago Ordered vegetarian as always,pizza was dry and they forgot a couple of items.. Thought I would give them another chance tonight. Since it is in the neighborhood . Pizza again dry and crust was burnt., will not return! Jim E.

I found out this was under new ownership and decided to give it another try since I wasn’t impressed the last time I went and I’m so glad I gave it another chance the pizza was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly I look forward to my next visit

Pizza Factory is our family's favorite but we only get it a few times of year because we don't live by one. First time I ordered online we drove out there to pick up a pizza that was supposed to be ready around 12 pm. We wait about 15 minutes and ask about the pizza, they somehow forgot to make the order. We verify with our email confirmation and they say they are having trouble with online order. We stay calm and wait another 15 minutes for it to be ready. In total we waited about 40 to get a pick up pizza, but figured everyone has some bad days. About 6 months later we tried to order online again this time for 11:45. We pack up our two toddlers and their 78 year old grandpa in the car to pick it up. We get to the door at 11:40 but the doors are still locked and the place is empty even though the hours posted on the door says they open at 11:00, we wait about 18 minutes and leave. On the way home I call Grubhub to cancel the order because we think the place has shut down. I call the business around 12:15 to see if the place is still closed. The guy that answered tells me that the opener was 50 minutes late, which is what was causing them to be late. I explain that we were there past 11:50 and there was no one that we saw enter the building. I asked to speak to a manager, but he told me he was the owner of the place. Pizza Factory pizza is a 5 but our online ordering experience is a 1.

I have to say that I purchased a large pizza last weekend and it was quite non edible. The Crust throughout the bottom of the pizza was so hard to chew, but my friend thought it was doughy. Anyway, I didn't call the company about it. I just couldn't eat it and my friend was going to take it home and give it to his neighbor. I told him that I could not give it to my neighbor because it was not edible in my opinion. I will not buy another one from this company. By the way, I ate Trader Joe's frozen pizza, and it wasn't perfect but at least I could chew it. I apologize for giving this review on this particular Pizza Factory. The one I'm talking about is on the corner of Nees Avenue and First Street.

I would typically give them a 4 or 5 star because their pizza is normally great and they have good customer service. However, this time around I found a long and nasty hair in my pizza! Their employees don't even wear hairnets. To make matters worse when I went back to their establishment to return the pizza the owner said the hair wasn't from any of their employees. The worse thing you can do is tell your customers they are liars. He could have been empathetic and apologized, which would have ended the issue right there and I would not have posted this review. Instead, he seemed bothered by my complaint. Maybe he was upset because he was tired of people bringing back their pizzas for the same reason. Either way, the owner could have handled this situation more professionally. At least he refunded me my money. Needless to say, I would not recommend them.
