So I was pretty excited about going to the Pizza Factory for the first time hearing good things about it...So I place a order to pick it up 3topping with cheese bread...Came out to 28 bucks and a lil change, no cash so I use my card...Food was good oh yeah I also purchased a diet Pepsi...So the only reason I didn't give 5 stars to the Pizza Factory is because I just so happen to look at my statement online and there was a cash advance for 10 bucks on my card and the Pizza Factory...read full review

It was my first time at pizza factory, and I was super impressed. Inexpensive pizza. Super easy to order. The only issue is, that ordering it online gives you a 30 minute window of when it should be ready. It must of been slow, so they must have cooked my closer to the start of the 30 minute window, so it wasn't as hot. I picked it up in the later part of the 30 minute window since there were complaints of the pizzas not being done. Overall, very tasty and great customer service.

I found out this was under new ownership and decided to give it another try since I wasn’t impressed the last time I went and I’m so glad I gave it another chance the pizza was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly I look forward to my next visit
