Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Fresno

“I’ve ordered from a couple of Popeyes locations in town over the years. This location’s service is alot better than the one on Blackstone. Food is usually pretty good. But there has been couple of times when i ordered, their fried chicken is greasy to the point the fried chicken is not crispy on the outside anymore. So the chicken is almost soggy like. But again for the most part, their food is good. And this one is better than the other Popeyes located on Blackstone!“

“I went through the drive through it was about 10 minutes and that's ok but the services was questionable the cashier who took the order didnt not want to be at work she kept taking these long deep breath and then exhaling really loud and she just seemed extra tired and that's understandable but you are in customer service and so that just seemed off to me but the food was great“

“I dont know if the people are not dealing with the right guy in the drive thru. But every time i come they have a little bit of a wait. Who cares it means my ish is fresh. The guy workin the drive thru always chops it up with me he needs to be in your next commercial. He needs a raise i see him run his ass off taking meals to parked customers as well as my orders. He is the only reason i come back to this location. Im serious he needs a raise and a promotion. He is what customer service is supposed to be. His name is ( D'adre im gonna ask if he got a raise. I will be checking“

“Came in no TV just music, service could use some work. Feels good inside specifically summer time. However let's me discuss the food. If your willing to wait and that gentlemen named Anthony. He's the cook, and the food will be better, recommended asking who's cooking before ordering.“
