Went here with my mom for the first time tonight. She said it was a Fresno staple and hadn’t been in years and was in the mood for a steak. The service was adequate but the food was not worth the price. The prime rib was over-cooked and bland, the steak, while cooked quite well, was also quite bland. horrible service.
my prime rib was over cooked. from medium rare order to cooked well. was not correct. didnt offer to get it right almost was mad because i questioned it. then they ran out of prime rib to replace. they still charged me for my overcooked prime rib. horrible service bought apps/ food and still didn't have napkins or silverware for us after asking 2 times. left stuff on table/clearing table was a mess.
