I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I ordered the fish tacos and a Jamaica drink with were very tasty and good. I was given many salsa choices with my order and were hot and spicy. I would recommend this place advising that I went through the drive-through.

The food was hard like the tortillas weren't cooked...or they were hard. The coffee was supposed to come with sugar she only gave me 4 sugars and I asked for more, she kept ignoring me! I even said I would buy extra sugar and she wouldn't even sell me some! The lady working was ignoring the service that was inside waiting for her to finish working the drive thru... because she was the only one working apparently! And her attitude sucked! She was the worst employee I've met that has worked ina fast food .I don't even know what her name was..

Worst service ever. Order California burritos and was made wrong. Went in and was made wrong the second time. Don’t go there the lady was rude seems like she hated her job. The cook needs to be fired.

I recently stopped by Robertitos Taco Shop hoping for a quick and tasty dinner, but what I got was a letdown that left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. The order seemed simple enough - one veggie burrito, four chicken tacos, and a horchata. But when the bill came to nearly $35, I was taken aback. I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but this felt like a bit much, even with inflation in mind.The real disappointment, however, hit me when I got home. Instead of the street tortilla tacos I was craving, I found hard shell tacos in my bag. When I called the shop hoping for some understanding or a solution, the response was far from friendly. I was bluntly told it was too late to do anything about it. The tacos themselves were a soggy mess, drenched in cheese and thrown together in a way that almost made me sick. The veggie burrito was okay, filling but lacking flavor. Thankfully, the horchata was a saving grace, deliciously sweet and refreshing. But overall, my experience at Robertitos Taco Shop was far from satisfying, making me think I'd have been better off with street food next time.

The service was excellent but the restaurant was freezing cold. It was 50° inside. The heater is broken. The food was amazing too.

The food used to be pretty fresh all the time. Now it just seems to be, well, mediocre at best. I had the Chile Colorado plate. It's like it was sitting in the pot all day (probably was). I went around 5:00pm. It was flavorful, but clearly not fresh. I apologize for not having a picture to post.Another example of the lack of quality, from my perspective, is say a chorizo breakfast burrito. I like them to add rice about a buck, a little beans another dollar more. They reduce the amount of eggs and chorizo, charge way more for the base cost of the burrito. You might see some bits of chorizo. They went from being somewhere we would frequent often, to somewhere we go because it's the only place around to qet a quick bite to eat that isn't a burger.They're charging much more. About 2 years ago they began what has been a consistent price hike, that just keeps going and going and going, up that is.This has been my experiences. I always encourage you to go and make and post your own opinion.

The lady charged my agua fresca that must be orchata for Jamaica, she made us wait for longtime because she excused her self that was talking with a customer and a manager also I asked for a taco that she didn’t gave me so I went back to return the Jamaica water she try to send me inside to get it instead of the drive through. I just say not I want my daughter horchata right now

The service here is shitty! Waited in line for 10 minutes while they were taking drive-thru orders! An employee comes off break and takes over at the drive thru, while the first employee goes to the back! No greeting, nothing. Just continues to take orders ??? I see why this place has a poor rating.
