its ok but like when I had a chicken club sandwitch i thought I was a beef patty and it gave me food poisoning the food is overdone and dry my favorite part of the food was the napkin I spat into thank you little napkin the food too greasy just one bite made me have a big back the lettuce is too soggy like blud did somebody leave it out for too long BUT the hotdogs are good asff? ? ? ? ? I recommend the big one its pretty good but like it doesen't fill u up or is it just me probby cuz I'm big back but anyway they add too much dam ice in them drinks it be watered down fr

Absolutely THE worst customer service both at this location and when calling the customer care(?) line. Called the 888 number and the person taking my complaint wasn't paying attention and appeared distracted because I had to keep repeating the description of the horrible customer service experience. Fifteen minutes later (not becauseof the complaintbut because guy wasn't paying attention), he apologizes for the poor service at the location and offers me a free 44oz drink WITH PURCHASE. Are you kidding me???

Today I chose to spend my hard earned $ at Sonic. It was dark. Restaurant sign, menu sign and drive up sign not lit. When I asked if they had a light for their menu sign so I can order. I was told, “If it’s not lit then no.” I had to use my phone flashlight to see the menu board. The person who I was surprise to find out later was the manager on duty. Took my order with a not so friendly tone. I did let her know it sounded like she was irritated. She said no. Then proceeded to take my payment. Failed to give me a receipt. Asked if I wanted condiments and walked away from the window. I could see her joking around with coworkers. Luckily they got the pleasure of a smile. In this economy what many customer service workers fail to recognize is… customer experience is key. Customers have an abundance of choices when it comes to fast food. Very disappointed in my customer experience. I will think twice before coming to this location.

The only 2 appropriate words to describe sonic in current time is ghetto & gross! Do not eat here, not worth your time or money. The service was no where near par and I won't be eating here again. The only thing that has remained good on the menu is the cherry limeade. Other than that, do not come here!
