i usually don't frequent starbucks, but i decided to give it a try. I needed help ordering as I am unfamiliar with the menu, but the barista that helped me I believer her name is carrie, had a rude tone when helping and looked at me like i was dumb. Overall i felt rushed when ordering. I was excited to give starbucks a try but my experience was not the best. The drink was good though!

I've always been a Dunkin Donuts guy. I was recently referred to Dutch Bros where I frequent often. I'm used to drinking sugar-free hazelnut, but, Starbucks only has one sugar-free option; that being the Vanilla. All in all, I was impressed at the taste and the place has a nice, friendly ambience about it that makes you feel welcomed. My only critique (and this is obviously not on this location itself), would be for Starbucks to add more sugar-free options to their menu items. Sugar-free hazelnut would be greatly appreciated :)

Nice clean Starbucks with plenty of seats. Electrical plugs available to plug in your laptop. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. It is a little unusual that the staff is required to open the bathroom door for you. Not a problem, except that means the counter staff must touch the bathroom door then go back to the counter. Food was fresh and tasty.

BRIANNA WAS SO HELPFUL i had the birthday reward and i was confused about what drinks counted and she patiently explained, and then i was just like "what's the closest drink to (the one i wanted)" and she got me something that tastes REALLY CLOSE if not exact like its crazyyyy so yeah she deserves a raise and also this starbucks has good vibes n a good layout so go here if ur gonna go to a Starbucks 🔥the outlets are covered up but i think thats probably true for most of the starbuckses in fresno nowadays

Wheelchair accessibility: they have a table for wheelchair users! its low and with plenty of open space behind + on it. people will be walking behind you tho while waiting in line for their drinks (the table is right next to where people pick up the drinks) (idk how to explain, see attached picture)(the person on the right is by the drink pick-up, and the table is right by there so when its busy the table may feel a little. weird to sit at)
ALSO THE FRONT DOOR US EASY TO GET TO FROM THE SIDEWALK AND THEIR YELLOW THINGIES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE although they do have tables that may make getting up a liiiiittle weird if ur chair is like my moms i know it would be at least. see attached image
