I don't understand why they don't change the lobby hour's in the website because it says 5a:m to 9:30p.m we had 2 mobile orders for in store pickup we walked and it was closed they put a white paper on the window saying they closed at 7 and all mobile orders must be picked up at the drive thru and we didn't have our car with us it was parked a bit far as we wore doing some shopping in the other store's so we decided to walk in we had placed our orders on the app and it had the option to do in store pickup of you will close the lobby 2 and a half hours early turn off the option to do inside pickup and only have the drive thru option on we walked to the window because our car was parked far yes it was a bit weird but they saw that we wore at the door I even called the store and told the guy what happened and he sed it's drive thru only and he was rude about the whole thing saying oh you don't have a car to what we sed yes but like we told you we wore here when we saw it was closed and our car is far I have no idea what was his problem it's not our fault that they can't change the hour's on the website

This Starbucks is sooooo slow be ready to wait 30 minutes for just one drink and a two cake-pop. This Starbucks need more attention, not just two girls who make all the drinks.
Mobile ordered but yet the lobby is closed.... Had to wait in drive thru for 20 minutes. Someone needs to fix that. Don't let people mobile order if your lobby is closed.

Worst Starbucks. The employees were extremely rude and so was the manager. After mentioning that my drink was not correct they proceeded to laugh. Once I opened the lid I notice something floating on top not sure what it was.
