There store seems to be falling apart, tiles lifting and what not. They can be a bit on the slower side. I went in where no one was inside, however it still took about 15 min to make my drink, and it wasn't right! This location is close to my house so I have been here many times and things used to be better.

Went through the drive-thru today and Claire absolutely made my morning! I had my usual extra complex 5-shot iced espresso order, and she didn’t even flinch—just smiled and, like a total legend, offered me a puddle of caramel. 🥰 She’s the true MVP of Starbucks!

Shout-out also to her coworker, who gave up her name after we asked (then immediately wondered why 😂). Don’t worry—no trouble here, just pure appreciation for two fantastic humans making...
