I’ve been to almost every starbucks in Fresno and even worked at a few…Ms. Lori is the best employee that this location has. Not only does she take her time with you, but it genuinely feels like she cares. The effort to get to know a little something about each customer and make them feel special did not go unnoticed! Some of the other employees NEED to take a lesson from her book! Top notch service that needs to be rewarded! The rest of the team should match her people skills...
I always look forward to stopping at this location, especially when Ms. Lori is working. She is so nice, and knowledgeable about the products. She makes me smile every time she serves me because she is so sweet.
I visit this Starbucks every time I am in the area and always hope to see one of my favorite workers in the drive thru. She’s and older, mature lady named Lori. She is awesome! She is always friendly, makes me laugh, and gets my order correct! I absolutely adore her and look forward to seeing her. She brightens my day and I always hope she is there when I am! Thanks for starting my day off the right foot!
