Usually the service here is good. Today however, service was poor for no reason. We received drinks way before the pastries. We had time to finish our hot drinks. When asked I was told they were coming. About 10 minutes after I inquired a friend of mine wrnt up and she was treated rudely. There was no reason for it to take this long. They were standing around talking.
Multiple managers have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I tend to ride a bike often. Normally not a big deal but a couple of times I arrived at store just barely passed time to close the lobby doors but the drive-thru was still open. Well, on 1 particular occasion I ordered my drinks through the app prior to arriving. It took me the better part of 10 minutes just to get anyone's attention long enough to explain to them that the drinks they had sitting right...
