They were understaffed during busy morning period. The guy was very nice but forgot to put coffee in my drink!!! (Or at least a negligible amount) so by the time I left and tried my drink I realized I only had a babycino… (warm milk)

Store 9904! First time in this location...and last! Person taking our order had magnificent listening issues. Two of us gave two separate orders. He replied, "only 1 drink for you today?" Shocked beyond words...as if he never listened. After we get coffee, we left for appointment....only to learn he got BOTH orders wrong! WTH! NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION! Both wrong? Dang!

This location is the only one that screws up on my drinks constantly. It’s the only one closest to my job so I’m forced to go here otherwise I’d have to wake up 30 minutes earlier just to drive to the one on Barstow. I never had issues there. Over this place ?

Came into town after a long drive and needed a pick me up. Super great service - greeted right as we walked in, no wait time, and staff was really friendly. Food and beverages were given out in a timely fashion and the overall interior was clean and aesthetically pleasing! Thank you guys

Horrible service. They saw that my young child & I were waiting outside for the drink I had ordered through the app, but no one would bring it out to us. They have the door locked to prevent customers from entering the store, then they refuse to bring me the drink I had ordered & paid for through the app. How am I supposed to get the drink I had paid for, when they have the door locked & they refuse to just bring my drink outside to me?! While I'm waiting at the stall that reads "Order Pick Up"!!

Shout out to the barista who helped me out this morning! I received the wrong drink yesterday morning, so I called to see if I can receive a credit or if I’m able to get the correct drink tomorrow morning. I spoke with the girl who made my drinks that morning and she asked me what time I’d be by, I let her know and went today and she had my drinks ready! I was an hour late and she remade them so they’d be fresh. I appreciate your kindness and your effort to go above and beyond! Much appreciated!
