The owner is abrupt and borderline rude, they don't run the corporate specials other stores do. If the owner makes your sandwich she will be very chintzy with the veggies so tell her to add more.

The sandwich shop was empty, very clean. The young lady behind the counter was polite and charming and, in the end, understanding. My friend gave me a gift card she had won, so I went to the sandwich shop to treat myself to a toasted sub combo. I tried to pay with my card, failed. The lady behind the counter stated that I wasn't registered, so I sat down with the task of registering the card, after what seemed like eternity I managed to register the card, finally the nightmare...
