I recently had a disappointing experience at Subway. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but when I tried to use a coupon, I was told it wasn't valid. The mix-up with my order left me unsatisfied, and the inability to redeem my coupon added to the frustration. Overall, it was a letdown, and I hope they can improve their attention to detail and coupon redemption process in the future.

I Placed a mobile app order. The sandwich did not have the double cheese as requested. Did not have any Baja Chipotle sauce, extra or regular amount.Rotisserie chicken was skimped in quantity. This restaurant has repeatedly skimped on cheese and proteins. In addition, when I order from the Subway select menu, they never seem to know what to put in the sandwich. I routinely order the #7 Mexicali. The app did not give the option, so I attempted to recreate it from the selections. This restaurant location is terrible

We came here for a break and to use the restroom. We were going to use the restroom first. The people were super super nice and kind. But in the short 20 minutes that we were there we found three roaches. One of them my friend killed was just walking across the middle of the floor and broad daylight. We didn't eat

This location sucks. Employees is always rushing and rude. Don’t recommend this at all.
Food was okay but took forever because the lady wouldn’t get off their phone call.
The lady who is there seems to be giving you the food, what terrible service she has with her musty face.
The California sandwich is my favorite the employees never skimp on the meat.
