I would give it a zero if I could. The lady working refused service 30 minutes before the their closing time. I would understand if they had no more ingredients, but she just didn't want to make our sandwiches.

I went in this place in the evening and the man was literally walking around barefoot and it smelled so bad in there, very unsanitary I will be reaching out to the manager in the morning ?

I wish it were possible to give negative stars! Avoid this location at all costs!!!!! Got charged twice for a cold, soggy "toasted" sandwich! And I think he was going to try and charge me a third. After my card went through the first time and he told me it was declined, I had to tell him my card was approved the second time and ask if I could leave!? So freaking sketch! When I walked in and was the only customer in sight for centuries, I should've known to run. Never again! I'll gladly drive out of my way to a different location. Or maybe just avoid subway all together now. Who knows?

First of all, so rude. The only two people working and they did their job horrible even their body motions said it as well. The lady even tended a customer before me so rudly by slaming the bottles of ingredients like if she was irritated. The guy didn't even want it, and she picked it up before asking. And the guy that was doing my order didn't even put enough meat or the ingredients. When i asked more, he would just add 3 little pieces. I asked a bit or saracha, and he squeezed a lot. I rather go to the one on Clinton & Marks where the employees make the sandwiches like how they want it made if they are ordering.

Used to be nicer. Didn't toast any of four sandwiches, gave me stale bread, didn't cut sandwich in half, and was rude when I couldn't understand him through his chewing.

It's the worst subway in Fresno.... Period... It's sad when you order a sandwich and have to tell them how to make it. They still get it wrong. I just went there ordered a #3 and a #2 he made them both the same. Sad!
They don't accept coupons. Why? Subway is way too gross to be paying $10 for just a sandwich. Remember when sandwiches fed low income people? Now it's somehow become a luxury according to subway. Never go here.

The sandwiches are okay, but it’s because they’re being made by the rude ladies at this location. If there were more friendliness and detail put into making the sandwiches, this location would be exceptional. But, with bad workers, don’t expect good sandwiches. They need new employees ASAP!
