I typically have no issue with this taco bell, order is 99% of the time correct and the wait is never too bad. My only complaint is that about half the time I want to eat in the lobby I can't, because it smells so awful it kills my appetite. I'm not sure if it's the large number of homeless individuals who frequent the lobby, or maybe the floor drains? It really does smell repulsive in there alot of the time. Would be great if they addressed this issue.
Having people use the kiosk to place orders is a bad idea for people who need glasses to see. 👀
When I finally got help I was a little shocked to find an item I did not order. This alone has kept me from coming back. Why have registers at the counter if you're not going to use them. Waiting for help literally had me waiting in the wrong line.

Stopped through here a year ago with my fiancée as we were heading back from Yosemite. It was late in the evening and the sun had just gone down and we were the only ones there. We ordered at the kiosks and waited at least a half an hour until they gave us our takeout. The place only had like two guys working in the kitchen. They seemed busy with drive-thru.
