I've been coming here to do work and enjoy a spot of tea when doing so, and it's been a great experience. Yet the past few times I've been coming here the staff has told me they don't serve tea in pot after after 9pm...today it was 8pm. They said because it takes too long to sanitize the pots. I'm sorry, but I don't believe this to be true. I've worked in the food industry and it does not take that long to sanitize a pot. Although if this is true then this store needs some major upgrading to its washing station.

I love Teazers, but I don't go as much as I used too. $9 to $10 for tea is insane. And it's usually pretty watered down with a bunch of sugar. I used to love the big table this location had, but I was disappointed they removed it to make room for cheap overpriced Aliexpress tea cups and tumblers. Which a lot of Aliexpress ceramics contains led and other harmful chemicals.

This is like a Tea Starbucks, but even better, in my opinion. I have always loved tea more than coffee, so this place has been a tea haven to all of us. Every single tea is delicious, to summertime Honolulu, and to my favorite, rhe brazilian coconut, you will never be disappointed.

Owners hear me out weekly customer hear me out turn on the AC love tea shop all over Fresno. This place is muggy turn on the freakin AC. Stop being cheap on employees and customers.

First time visiting this location. I wanted a hot green tea and google suggested this place.Got there during listed hours of operation and they were not open yet. Sign on the door said something about opening late.I just wanted a hot green tea with honey.It’s wasn’t that easy. The girl working the counter explained they had various green tea options. I repeated that I just wanted a basic green tea with honey. I settled on some variation. I don’t remember which. I was then told they were out of honey. I had to settle for brown sugar. I didn’t finish the drink.

Marvelous selection of herbal, green and black teas with multi flavor choice I chose black tea with ginger and found it smooth and tangy without overpowering the tea itself. Hospitable relaxing ambience! I will return often!@

When the lobby is not open for random reasons (7/3 @1pm), just go over to the Starbucks next to Yard House. It is nice and the seating is comfy.

Sooooo annoyed because they said they didn't have cherry syrup and asked if I'd like raspberry syrup instead. I said yes because I thought it was replacing what they didn't have, but they CHARGED me extra for the raspberry syrup. It's not MY fault they didn't have the cherry syrup it was supposed to come with. Poor customer service. I don't like that sneaky stuff. Just for this incident, they lost me as a customer.
