Also known as, 99 Joy Cafe Mart. Good for your Thai food quick fix cravings. Price is decent. Food quality is average. I ordered the sausage, sticky rice, larb and kapoon, the must haves.
Small little spot BUT the food was good and they give u a large enough portion of pho to split between u and your momma. The portions of food remind me of getting different dishes and sharing it upon your group of friends/family.
New owners have spruced up the place. I enjoyed friendly service and a very tasty dish of crispy pork belly with green beans in a mild shrimp paste sauce over steamed rice. Will definitely return to try other things on their menu.
