This bakery has good reviews but Im honestly shocked it's not a landslide for 5 stars. So I had to write this review. Since they set up shop in Fresno years ago, Ive never eaten a single thing there that tasted bad. What I have tried is phenomenal... Both the savory and sweet treats. I have the severest of wheat allergies (non-typical / cardiovascular-dominant IgE-mediated anaphylactic response) So whats safe for others with celiac and even others with a true wheat allergy...

My wife has celiac disease so finding a cake has been very hard due to various ingredients added to boxed foods. When I went to the Bakery, I was able to talk to the staff and the owner / manager with all the details of what I was looking for. He went out of his way and got made the perfect birthday cake for my wife. We went with a vanilla cake with a butter cream frosting, my wife said it was amazing.
Best service I have ever had with any specialty store for gluten...

Every thing about this place is amazing, the food is very tasty, and the workers? In love with them, there so kind. They make the desserts even better with their kindness!Can’t wait to go back!
