We recently stopped at this Denny's for brunch. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast combo and asked for the eggs to be cooked "scrambled over lightly" with melted cheese on top. At first, the eggs came back cooked over easy. We sent them back. The next time, the cheese was missing, we sent it back, the next time, there was a cold slice of cheese on the plate next to the eggs, we sent it back, the last time, the cheese was barely melted. We asked to be credited for the price of the eggs. Instead, the manager (or whoever was in charge) gave us a credit of $2.39, the price of my soda. We definitely will not be stopping at this location again!

Our server, Stephanie, was very helpful and attentive. The manager - Erendida - was very helpful. The food was amazing. The restaurant is clean and modern. I would send a picture, but I ate it all!

I really love this location, I'm always treated at a timely manner & with kindness. Today I came in & the server I had named Guadalupe was very kind & respectful when taking our order & bringing the food! She was the only server & I'm very satisfied with the service I got here today. She did a great job. I appreciate the hard work! Makes you happy eating here & puts you in a good mood :) I recommend coming more often !

I would give this place a negative 10. We walked in this establishment about 8:30pm after attending the Fresno fair. The waitress told us as soon as we walked in that she will not be taking any orders for 35 minutes. We asked if there was no staff. She then told us that everyone was on a break. I would not recommend this Dennys.

What a great experience I had working with Mayra this morning. I had ordered on line and I forgot to ask about the syrup ~ I was able to make a call to Denny's and she said: oh Lori your order has been picked up . (so awesome she knew me) and that there is syrup in the order not to worry. I am just so happy there are kind people to answer the phone and to know she knew her business very well. I could feel her smile. that felt great. to know my food came with a smile and well prepared and got to us really fast. WE will reach out again to enjoy Denny's @ Shaw & West in Fresno California. Thank you Mayra for your kindness today - Made my day. And my Maintenance men were pleased with this huge breakfast. - make is a great day. ~ You are now our Safety Meeting food source. :o)

The food I got today was Mediocre ,My waitress Jaime was Great .but the food on the other hand was not . They need more Servers .Cause when you get a server with 6 more tables to wait on .It's impossible for her to go around on a timely matter .To check on tables to see if we need anything .The mangers need to Schedule Better for Better Service. THE GOOD Was super Greasy .Cold food , Greasy food , The didn't cook to fast like if they didn't put enough love into cooking .

Went and had dinner here tonight and it was good. nothing like breakfast for dinner. the place was clean and everyone was very nice & polite. we were waited on by Kiara and she was very nice and friendly to us. Will definitely go back again.

Really great, friendly staff and great breakfast, my mom had the sirloin steak and eggs and it was delicious. Staff and chill vibes were the best.

Very busy. But service was good. We shared the senior Scrambled eggs and cheese breakfast. It was a large meal. Plenty of food for two older people. (I'll claim over 55 and not disclose my age). Our server turned out to be the manager. Very personable and quick. Hearing "order up," "corner," and other diner phrases took us back to the diners we'd visit in our childhood.
This location on blackstone and Abby sucks. The employees stand around talk and don't work except the nice lady that sat us down and the one that was mopping when we came in . It seems like all the cooks quit because the girl making the food doesn't seem to belong in the kitchen at all. The manager was standing around chit chatting not being a manager at all more like their friend. I feel like they don't give a s*** because they are downtown and have a lot of homeless people nearby like they just gave up entirely. Will not be coming back here and don't recommend anyone else coming here either. Oh yes the icing on the cake there's a big a** bullet hole in the window too.

The worst service and food Ive ever had from denys. Not only was the front entrance crowded with homeless but there was only one hostess , one waiter, and two cooks in a crowded restaurant. I didnt mind until all I heard from the kitchen was laughter. When I asked if my order was ready the work just blankly stared. Ordered a country fried steak with hashbrowns, garlic bread, and mashed potatoes for pick up. They took 10+ minutes to find and bag my order.The garlic bread was missing, the steak was so thick and burned rock hard on the sides I couldn't cut it with the plastic knife they gave me. The mashed potatoes were cold and the hashbrowns were soggy. Wouldve returned it but wasn't worth the drive so I gave it to my dogs. Will NEVER eat at this location again!

So me and my friend went to this Denny to get my birthday breakfast but they wouldn't honor my I D to get the free breakfast ?So I wrote to corporate and they said they would sent me a free triple grand slam on my Denny appt but it was never sent ?I think they just gave me the run around .

We waited so long for our food. More than two hours for food. When we kept asking they would say it's almost out but time just kept clicking. They were starting to clean up before they even served our food. Horrible service . Don't recommend.
