The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to chat—whether you’re asking about supplements, shakes, or nutrition tips. The protein drinks are fantastic—tasty, satisfying, and made with quality. It’s a great spot whether you’re a longtime customer or trying protein drinks for the first time. Definitely worth a visit!
I have being coming to this place for more then a decade, and is my favorite nutrition shop, all the workers being worked for this place there are awesome and helpfully. All you need for your routines, VALLEY NUTRITION is your store.
I stop in every month to pick up pre workout & bcaa’s. They have consistently good service and a few products on sale. I’ve been a satisfied customer with each purchase. Also have delicious recovery shakes after workouts. ????
