Bandeño Mexican Food

Finding plastic in the Enchiladas was a horrible first experience. Quite honestly the flavor and quantity of food for the prices is not worth it. Walking in didn't feel welcoming with dim lighting and over powering blue lights. Only positive thing was that the staff was very welcoming. I would not come back or recommend this place.

I finally hunkered down and decided to give this place a chance and OH MY GOD it's soooo good 😅😍 the grilled fish tacos are amazing and you can just taste the quality of the ingredients. A bit pricey but absolutely worth it. Definitely a lot better than your average taco shop. My new go -to spot! 😎🇲🇽

Made a big to go order of hard and soft tacos for a Halloween get-together. Everything was perfectly made. Love the beans and rice, and the French fries were a delicious surprise.

The chili releno was delicious so much flavor and the beans were so good ! Also the asada taco was good my daughter didn’t have a problem eating it, it was all meat and none of that extra unnecessary fat.

Food is a 3.5 star and service is 5 stars. Everyone there is super nice. With the good reviews it fell a little short with the food. It's hard for Mexican restaurants to be great or differentiate from others, so many of them are just so similar... Rice and beans are pretty much the same everywhere and everything often comes down to the meat and guacamole. I got grilled chicken which was completely bland and not flavorless at all with no seasonings or no marinating... So that was not good, the guac was extremely good though. Shredded chicken has some flavor, there was just no wow factor. I'm still in search for the best fast casual Mexican place better than Chipotle, which I love, in Brea or Yorba Linda. The price was a little bit on the higher side as well which was surprising.

I finally found my new go-to for Menudo and Chilaquiles. The menudo here is hearty, perfectly seasoned, and exactly what I crave. The chilaquiles are crisp, flavorful, and seriously satisfying.

Beyond the incredible food, the salsa bar is next level—a fantastic variety to suit any taste. The service is top-notch; everyone is friendly and attentive. Plus, the dining area is spotlessly clean. Five stars all around!
