Went here last night to get some of our favorite pho. Have been to this place at least 10 times. Order out and ate in at various times. Last night we walked there and as my boyfriend was putting in our order I asked for a cup for water. The man at the counter said it would cost me a dollar to get a cup for water. My boyfriend and I walked out and the man looked at us and we told him that we were leaving. He watched us walk out saying nothing. I have given this restaurant so many...read full review
I mean it's okay? Just kinda wish it felt more like a restaurant and less like a cheap fast food place. Over all feel like this restaurant is going down hill. You arrive pick your own seat then have to place your own order via phone, afterwards picking it up yourself at their counter. Kinda reminded us of Mc Donald's.... Food quality is decent at least.

I would give this place a 5 star review if it wasn't for the crowded area in the entrance/exit. For some reason the bigger door has been blocked with some waitting chairs and signs asking you to use the 2nd door. So you have enter and exit through a door where a lot of people are trying to order and you will end up bumping elbows with someone or stepping on someones' shoes.
