Great atmosphere inside & outside . Prices are very reasonable . Food is awesome & drinks look amazing . That Dutch crunch chicken sandwich is soooo good .
they make the best matcha. hands down.
Still my go to spot for coffee and a sandwiches whenever I’m in the area. Place is a bit hidden and parking can be a little tough but there is a paid public parking garage around the back if the front spots are taken. Plenty of inside seating to hang out. Highly recommended.

Coffee Up Roastery is a hidden gem located near St Jude Hospital and behind Providence Healthcare. The staff is delightful, friendly, and welcoming. The coffee and breakfast foods are amazing. The Avocado Toast comes with a side salad with craisins and walnuts and a delicious raspberry vinaigrette. The breakfast croissant sandwich is great and elevated. The Tiramisu Latte is top-tier, and they roast their own beans in-house. The Mayan latte is good. They offer a variety of hot and cold lattes, smoothies. The place is clean with new fresh decor. There is plenty of space, making it a perfect study spot with great vibes. Reasonable prices and great value. The self service machine was easy and quick to use. They also have impossible to find LaBubu merch. Good service and quality products.
