What a joke on customer service. I walked in and the staff saw me standing in line. They continue to talk ignoring me. A minute passed by and then walked out saying what lousy customer service they had. There were a few customer at their tables and one other customer who was behind me.These people want $20 an hour. Well you better pay better attention to your customers.These has happen to me a few time at this location.Its now worth going here any more!I was going to feed my crew but I took my money to Taco BellResponse to your response post.It shows how much you really care when you response with an pre-made/audio response. Such a great customer services. A+ NOT!!!!I will never go to any of your Del Taco restaurants again!!!

These are the absolute worst $12 tacos I’ve ever had in my entire life. There’s entirely no meat inside these tacos at all I go to the steel taco frequently and I try try the new Berea tacos disappointed and highly upset about this. total total rip off

Had to try the new birria ramen. It was great for a fast food chain. I really enjoyed the taco salad as well. Seems like the employees here really care about what they do. I could hear the manager coaching some of them and continued to say "thank you" to them. So refreshing to hear! The cashier was super friendly and smiled as well. This is a great Del Taco.

Great staff, nice owner. They recently went from company owned to franchisee owned and nothing changed with the service. Restaurant's clean and I see the same regulars eating here.

Pretty sure that's Mayo after I was told the snack quesadilla has only cheese... so gross. Ordered a good amount of food so this isn't all I got. I went inside to order and even shared that my relative just had surgery and del taco was all they wanted today and specifically from this location. Everything else was ok. Not from this area and I'll be sure to not venture here again.

My wife asked me to get us food at this location she gave me her debit card and I went through the drive through. After ordering I handed my wife’s debit card to the lady whose name was Stephanie. She gave me a weird look and asked if I was doing a scam and demanded my name. I informed her that it was my wife’s debit card and she requested that I call her. I obliged and called my wife and explained the situation to her. She confirmed what her name was and that she was allowing me to use her debit card. Is there a policy that forbids this? If so please make it clear so that I’m not discriminated against going forward.
Asked for a breakfast quesadilla not on menue. They made it. Made my morning.
