The food is good. The coffee is good. The people are nice. It's just expensive. Like I have to wake up and be like, I want to spend $50+ for two people, which isn't how I often feel. But when I do, Eggspresso is one of the places that come to mind.

My dad and I came here to try this place for the first time so I got the Chicken and Waffle Benedict and my dad got the Croque Madame. My Chicken and Waffle Benedict tasted okay but what I was necessarily fond of was the waffles because I thought they had a strange flavor and the texture wasn't crispy which was disappointing because I love crispy waffles, the Hollandaise sauce tasted strange because they tried to make it sweet but I think Hollandaise sauce is just better...

Love the kimchi fried rice here, as well as the chicken and waffles plate. The portions are generous-definitely shareable. Their matcha drinks are well-balanced and gorgeously layered. I tried the lavender matcha and although I am not a fan of matcha in general, this one was GOOD. Would get again. Plenty of seating, but I do feel like it’s a little too cozy inside for me.
