We had El Pollo Loco cater our welcome back to school luncheon for our teachers and staff. They were very accommodating, and provided outstanding service! Axel, the manager, was very responsive and helpful during the ordering and pick-up process. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and we will definitely use El Pollo Loco (specifically this location) for future events! We ordered two 48-piece 3 course meals, and we had so much food. Service is always the same, with no complaints, fast and good service ?
We ordered a small guacamole and it tasted like old avocados were used so it went in the trash. We were also given the wrong dressing for the tostada salad that showed correctly on the receipt. Disappointing when it costs so much to order out these days.
