The butcher did a great job trimming and cutting the brisket to my request. Staff was friendly and the meat quality is top notch. If I’m ever down that way again and need quality meat, I’ll definitely be back.
This store is great. The people that work here are always helpful. They will tell you just how much to buy based on your needs, and how to cook it. They have always been spot on. I don't eat a lot of meat, but when I want something special I always come here.
Ours is a common family story: been coming here for many years because it's simply the best, (and we've sampled numerous others in the area). The new management didn't skimp at all on quality, and actually raised the level of customer service, imo. Bill was very helpful in finding a winning recipe for the fresh Thanksgiving turkey we ordered last week. Ask about their seasonings for roasting.
