Awesome slushies! Their boba is decent quality (better than Lollicup, but not as good as Half&Half), I would say on par with 7 Leaves or Tastea. The tea flavor in the milk tea is a bit on the stronger side compared to other boba places, which I personally don't mind. If you're looking for milk tea that is so sweet you forget there's even tea in it, I would go for a slushie. Service is always friendly and helpful! Very nice staff and refreshing atmosphere.

Super friendly service, nice ambiance, and their boba, tea, and slushies are so yummy !!! Portions are also pretty big considering the prices which are very reasonable. This is one of my boyfriend and I's favorite boba places. 10/10 highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for great boba !!! Support your local small businesses ! :)

The fragrant scent of delicate tea is the first thing you notice upon entry. You're greeted by kind, patient staff willing to answer any questions. Their fresh teas are so flavorful I have them unsweetened. Their fruit teas are lightly flavoured and boba is chewy, sweet, and enjoyable. My favourite spot when I'm in town.

There are plenty of parking spaces. They do have indoor seating inside. I ordered the Peach Oolong Tea and it was a refreshing drink. It's a heavy tea flavor, but not bad at all. This place is a TRUE hidden gem in Fullerton for those who love milk tea with a strong tea flavor!We actually came here a while back to pick up take out from Early Bird and spotted this milk tea place. The reviews seemed decent even though the actual location was a bit random to me - so yeah I was skeptical of random plaza milk tea. However, after deciding I needed to satisfy my milk tea craving, we ordered and it was delicious! The regular milk tea has amazing (strong) tea flavor, and the Thai tea was delicious as well. They can accommodate ice and sweetness levels as well. Definitely worth it if you're craving strong tea flavor in your milk tea!
Oolong milk tea - sweet but not overly so. Boba too hard, not very good. It also didn't have the typical boba sweetness, it was totally flavorless. So I liked the oolong tea a lot, strong enough flavor, but not the boba. Rose milk tea with tiramisu foam - very good! The tiramisu foam definitely gave it a different flavor. I refrigerated the drink for a little bit before drinking it and the foam was more like a pudding. Since I didn't try it initially, I'm not sure if that's how it was to begin with or not. It was a thick pudding on top and I had to break it up and stir it in with a spoon. The rose flavor was definitely there, more than some other places where I find it too faint, but not as strong as I would like still. Overall it was really good and I would get it again though. Price is pretty standard compared to other places. Staff was fabulous, husband and wife duo and they were so extremely nice and smiley.

This is a gem! Seriously it's so good and not watery, love the indoor as well, it was very clean and the place is convenient as well! I want and have to try their waffle too! It looks good and absolutely made me drooling! Service are good, fast and not a noisy environment!

While in the area, I stopped by Jie Boba & Tea and ordered a roasted Oolong milk tea with no add-ins, 75% sweet, and half the ice.The level of sweetness was right on point, but the tea tasted as if it was watered down. Without telling a family member my initial thoughts, I had a them try my drink. They also thought it was watered down.Maybe ordering less ice and sugar had something to do with the watered down taste? ?

They have a good selection of drinks and desserts. I ordered the peach smoothie (50% sweet) and it was really refreshing. It was more of a slushie than a smoothie but I really enjoyed it. Great customer service and decent prices. Highly recommended
