My experience was decent but not perfect. The food was good, though the wait time was longer than expected. Once seated, everything moved smoothly and the staff remained polite and helpful throughout.

I wish I would have discovered this place sooner but super delicious spicy miso ramen!! The plaza it’s in is a little hidden if you’re coming at night - I will definitely be returning - super friendly staff and clean welcoming space - they have a happy hour during the week delicious!!

I got the California Tonkotsu and takoyki. The tonkotsu bowl was super rich and pork belly was good. Takoyaki was great as well.

Compared to their previous name they give you more sauce to mix the noodles in with, but it felt too watery to hold onto the ingredients at the end of the meal. As a result the rice they gave me just kinda swam in the sauce and was too salty to eat. The portion size was just enough to keep me full. Also, if you spend $50 before tax you get to roll the gacha machine to see if you can win a free appetizer, discounts, or coupons for your next visit.

The food was terrific. My family and I ate the tonkotsu ramen, karaage, shishito peppers and everything tasted good. This place is in a very quiet location but worth it. 👌

Good dry noodle place. Came here for lunch on the weekend and not many people inside. The plaza is mostly empty and kind of in an isolated area.

Tastes similar to other popular dry noodle places I've had, but less crowded and noisy. Definitely would recommend for people looking for a good noodle place in the area.

We came on Friday 8/1 for dinner. The head waiter or manager was visibly intoxicated and drunk. even the other workers were avoiding him and he would make customers around us uncomfortable. I understand it is Japanese culture to drink with patrons, but this employee should be addressed for his lack of judgement.

I came here on a cloudy Sunday and was immediately greeted and got a seat right away. I ordered the deluxe mazemen with the pork belly and it was delicious mixture of different savory textures and flavors. I definitely liked it more after adding a bit of the white vinegar to cut through some of the richness. I also had the yuzu sour, which if you know me, I love the yuzu like waking up and having no work that day. The yuzu sour was refreshing, not too sweet, and tasted like one of the bottled yuzu sodas out there. If I'm in the area after hitting some golf balls I'll come back.
