Typical taco shop. It was a little warm when I was there and I had longer wait but I did have two large groups of 6 before me. Had a salsa bar with the carrots and peppers so that was nice. Horchata was also good.

Just moved to Fullerton and was trying to find a good nearby Mexican food spot. The food was great here and they offered me some soup and chips and salsa as well as I was the only one there at the time. After eating I ordered some extra food to go as well and it stayed hot for a WHILE and they even gave me some soup and chips to take home. Staff was super friendly and food is delicious. Will be coming back and definitely recommend!

Ponchos Tacos is a hidden gem tucked away in a strip mall off Chapman. They offer quick, healthy, and reasonably priced food with friendly staff. The tacos, especially the fish, chicken, asada, shrimp, birria, and al pastor ones, are delicious and the meat is flavorful. Customers highly recommend trying their habanero pineapple salsa and pickled carrots/peppers. The bean & cheese burrito is nice and crunchy, a unique find, and the guacamole with chips is a must-have. Shrimp tacos are quite tasty with a just right chipotle sauce. The staff provides excellent customer service, ensuring a very clean and authentic feel. Ponchos also has the best horchata. The staff is helpful, pleasant, and ensures a great dining experience, with consistent quality and food that comes out super fast and piping hot, making it a favorite spot for some tasty and freshly made Mexican food.
