The worst pizza place I've ever been to. The pizza maker was an old man who came back from the bathroom without washing his hands before putting the toppings on. When I asked him why he didn't wash his hands before putting the toppings on, he got angry and said his hands were clean. This place is the worst.

tracked my pizza on papa John’s app. It said it’s ready. When I went there to ask my pizza to pick up the guy (whether he is owner or manager ) gave me an attitude for no reason. He said it’s not ready and told me to relax I waited 10more minutes and asked again he said that I asked twice already. Showed him my app it’s ready then he went inside the kitchen and gave me and said it’s ready now. I will never come back here to get my papa John’s pizza. It was very rude how to treat customers this way

I placed an order for 1 pizza and 1 order of bread sticks. Delivery time was set for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. 25 minutes after estimated time I still did not receive my order even though it had said it was out for delivery. I called and spoke to the store manager Sergio who was unapologetic, rude and unprofessional. I ended the call with him feeling like the situation was my fault and that I was bothering him, another 30 minutes passed and I still never received my order but received my order but did receive a alert on my phone that it was delivered. I called and spoke with Sergio again and he was even ruder this time telling me that I have to wait and there busy and it will be there when it’s there. I requested it to be canceled at that point and he made me stay on the phone while he called the driver to cancel the order and I said you know You are very unprofessional are you the only manager? And he responded call my Manager I don’t care it doesn’t affect me. I’m an easy going person and probably too passive aggressive, but I’m really surprised by this entire situation. I see now why their star rating is so low. If you read this Sergio, I hope you have a better night and maybe learn to treat people a little better.

I called the store to inquire promotion on a large one topping pizza ($9.99). I called again to place the order and Sergio mentioned that there is no promotion. I called again and someone else offered the same promotion and my total was $40.37. When I went to pick up the pizza, Sergio said there is no promotion and tried to charge me $30 more. He said on his screen there is only full price and there is no promotion. I told him the amount I was told on the phone and he refused to give me the pizza until I pay more. He took away pizzas and asked me to leave the store. I said I will only pay what was told to me. After arguing for few minutes, sudddenly he told me his screen is now showing $40.37. Finally I was able to pick up my order. Sergio is rude and tried to cheat and charge more.

I requested pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese, but the staff was extremely rude and asked me again what I wanted in an unfriendly manner. I clearly said pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese, but the crew just threw them in front of me without a word. When he asked, “Name?” I told him my name and offered to provide my order number, but he replied in an angry tone, “We don’t know the order number.” This was such an unpleasant experience, and I don’t plan to order from this location again.

The staff at Papa John’s Pizza are so kind, and the pizza is delicious! I had a great experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!
I like the pizzas here, but be careful with the promotions, this is the second time that if you are not ready they do not respect it, they charge you for them as individuals!! In the waiting time we understand they have work, but just be ready at the time of delivery. pay

One of the worst Papa John’s locations to get pizza. No greetings and staring at me weird like what the heck. I said “Hi, I am here to pick up my online order.” Then this old man staring at me with little confusion and he said “name?.” Lol are you kidding me? Whoever this old man is either the manager or the owner, corporation needs to step in and do something. It is a bad look for papa john’s brand.
