I love Pizza Hut, but this location is terrible. I've ordered a pizza before and had it delivered a pizza that was fashioned together with a bunch of pizza dough "pieces." Not long ago, I called and they were "out" of hand-tossed crust. This past weekend, I ordered a medium specialty pizza, a medium one topping pepperoni pizza, a chicken and bacon melt, and some fries. They were "out" of chicken. And I received a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni pizza. When I called to advise them of the error, I was told they could make a substitute pizza. But I would have to drive the cheese pizza to the store to exchange it. I'd ordered delivery. They said they'd never had a similar problem happen before and so they didn't think it was a problem with their app. Funny, I've had numerous problems with the Pizza Hut app. This location is awful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is NOT pizza hut this is an answering service and they are horrible. Very rude they sound irritated when I called to confirm because the website took the money out of my account but did not place my order. I will NEVER order from pizza hut again the worst experience I've ever encountered.

So last night I ordered a pizza and wings to grab on the way home. I ordered it online with 4 ranch and it didn't let me Apple Pay so I chose the selection to pay in store. I get there and wait about 5 minutes until the guy comes from the back, then I pay for my order. He brings it to me and I ask where the ranch was. He said it didn't come with ranch and I would have to pay for it. I explain that I did and I got my phone and seen that for some reason it didn't charge me. The guy got really rude and told me it was my problem that i didn't get charged and I would have to slide my card again. My card sometimes locks up if I slide it to many times at the same places in a row. So o tell him I'll just take a refund and he said "no"!! Then walked away from the counter!! I get the guy in the backs attention and he calls the guy back to the front and the guy says can I help you like he didn't know who I was. I ended up going next door and pulling 5 bucks out to get my ranch. This guy brody that works at night has a foul attitude and the worst customer service skills I've ever seen.

If I could give zero I would. Called to place order and hubby went to pick it up. They said they didn't have anyone under the name and then when my husband gave the number to the place to double check and she said it was the wrong number. My husband then looked it up and said it was the correct Pizza Hut. Then she insisted on not having it for another 20 min until finally she looked and saw the order had been there all along. Then we finally get the cold pizza and breadsticks home and it tastes like trash. 50 dollars down rhe drain and I feel sick after basically eating straight grease. So nasty!!

Delivery driver didn't want to give me my food order until I gave him a tip!'Ordered my food to be delivered to hospital emergency room. Police had area blocked off due to construction. I had a walk a block to meet the driver. Got there and my food was in 3 separate containers. I asked if he had a bag of some sort. He then tries to cram my items into an empty pizza box, insisting that I give me a tip before he gives me my food items. I've never had anything like this happen in my entire life...besides the fact that my order already had a delivery fee built into it.
I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in like 15 years because their pizza used to be so greasy. I got a gift card and tried it last night. OMG it is no longer greasy gross! The pizza was freaking perfect!!! Light fluffy crust with just the right amount of crispy-ness! Delicious toppings. Perfect amount of cheese. I am so impressed! Pizza Hut you won me back.

My take out order at this location on Commonwealth Ave in Fullerton, CA was barely even warm, and the pizza was burnt black and dry. The breadsticks were ok, but were almost bare without any cheese orcseasoning and the dipping sauce was cold. Pizza Hut used to be delicious, piping hot and taste fresh. For $23+ I feel robbed.

I hadn’t eaten Pizza Hutt in forever and quickly remembered why when my order was over 30 mins late and arrived lukewarm. Ordered online but finally had to call and check on the order, which defeats the whole purpose of online ordering. Was told it would then arrive in 15 mins and “was leaving right now”. I live 2 mins away, so I guess that was the subtle way of telling me that I would be getting not fresh hot pizza. Only wiring this review to remind me next time I get to stupidly thinking “why don’t I ever go to Pizza Hutt?”

Very appaled bu the extra service fee. On top of the price of food and tax they add another amount for v the cost of living increase. I don't remember the exact amount...but it's the principal of it!
