By far, hands down some of the best Mexican food around. My favorite here is the chile verde, it’s easily as good as my friend’s grandmother used to make. The pozole and the menudo are also as good if not better than anywhere else I’ve had them. I don’t leave reviews very often, however this place is worthy of it.
I eat here 3 times a week or more during work days. Food is excellent.
Always have a great time at Don Carlos! I used to come here a lot when I went to school out here & the place has not changed much. Great food and great customer service. Anytime we’re in Orange County we make a stop here. They make the best cheeseburgers!!
