Nice quaint shop. They're always super friendly and happy you came in. The bread is such a variety. From sweet to savory. Also cafe de olla. Cakes are made here also as well as gelatin. The bread stays fresh for a few days. That's what I love about it, it doesn't get hard fast. Even tho there's not much time to have any leftovers.
Best bolios in town, maybe in all of OC. I know that's a bold statement given all of the Mexican baker's in the area. But, I have been in search of the perfect Bolio and have found it. Rubens bakery on Harbor Blvd in Fullerton has the biggest, freshest bolios I've ever had. Perfect for tortas or just with a cup of Abuelitas Mexican hot chocolate. It's a must try. You won't regret it.

Cake was delicious but they spelled Anniversary wrong. No way it could be fixed and I needed the cake that day. Hit my head like I need a V8. Porque why !! We laughed about it after but please spell check your cakes and give the baker a dictionary. Otherwise like I said cake tasted good . Owner and his wife I think could be a little bit more friendly but that is just me. The place still looks the same. It could use a little more warmth.
