The cafe is located on the blocked off street near buffalo exchange. We visited around 12:30 PM on a Sunday, and it was packed. The dining area is quite large with plenty of seating and outlets, however almost all the tables were taken on Sunday afternoon. The environment is definitely very loud so studying may be difficult here. The drinks are rich and creamy thanks to their cold foam. Quite literally a dessert in a cup the house-made whipped, tiramisu cream combined with the ladyfinger + latte *chefs kiss* : Sip & Savor, 106 W Wilshire Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832 : you're unable to park directly in front of the business but there's plenty of parking spots and street parking behind the business. The lot does get full during rushes, you're able to access Wilshire Ave when driving from the lot, you'll find there's a parking structure behind the nearby "half-off"...read full review

I discovered Sip & Savor from TikTok and I immediately knew I had to try it because my partner is a bit of a tiramisu connoisseur and I am a matcha fanatic. I would 10/10 go again. The matcha is the perfect sweetness and I love that I was able to add rose syrup to the latte. The place is not too packed. I was able to get a table really quickly. It's hard to find good matcha that is not too watered down so Sip & Savor really does it for me.
