The reviews about this place are true.
They only focus on the orders coming in the drive-thru. They barely acknowledge the people in the lobby. Waited about 10 minutes for a coffee. Since the ticket machine didn’t print my label out. So they didn’t even know i was waiting for anything.

They took out some seating so its more limited. Brightly lit instead of the darker setting it was. The music is usually too loud but now that they reduced the space, it sounds louder. On top of the people trying to have a conversation and the baristas working.
Idk what's going on up in corporate but they are missing a huge demographic being...
