Came here to pick up a quick drink while running errands. There was no line inside and a tablet with order statuses on the wall. I then proceed to wait OVER 20 MINUTES for my ONE drink. Employees were super sweet! The store was clean and so was the exterior.
Kid-friendliness: They drew balloons on my son's cup for his birthday. They also didn't mind my sons use of his outside voice.

They only focus on the orders coming in the drive-thru. They barely acknowledge the people in the lobby. Waited about 10 minutes for a coffee. Since the ticket machine didn’t print my label out. So they didn’t even know i was waiting for anything.
